Questions
Do you take a commission on orders?
No. Plattivo runs on your own WooCommerce site. There are no per-order fees — payments go through your own gateway, straight to you.
Do I need WooCommerce?
Yes. Plattivo is a WooCommerce plugin: your dishes are WooCommerce products, orders are WooCommerce orders, and checkout, payments, taxes and emails stay WooCommerce's.
Which payment gateways work?
The gateways you use with WooCommerce today, through the block checkout or the classic checkout. Cash on delivery and pay-at-counter are supported too.
What hardware do I need?
Any recent phone or tablet with a browser. Kitchen tickets and receipts print from the browser or as PDFs; Pro adds more printer connections.
Does it work with HPOS?
Yes. Plattivo is built for WooCommerce's High-Performance Order Storage and also works with the older storage.
Can I run it in my country?
Yes. Plattivo is built for restaurants worldwide, uses WooCommerce's currencies and taxes, and can be translated into any language. Optional presets cover local needs such as India's GST invoices.
